Kory Purks

Kory is a member of the Sage patent preparation and prosecution team. He focuses his practice on patent preparation, prosecution, infringement, and validity matters relating to electrical, software, and electronics technologies.

Prior to joining Sage, Kory started patent preparation and prosecution as he pursued his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, as a patent agent intern at Alston & Bird from 2018 to 2019. Kory then joined Sage as a Summer Associate in 2020 and continued at Sage as he pursued his Juris Doctor Degree.

Kory received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and his Juris Doctor Degree from Campbell University School of Law.
