Christopher Grice has been practicing law since 2015. His practice is focused on patent preparation and prosecution of electrical, mechanical, and computer technologies and has worked extensively with patents in the fields of semiconductor devices, wireless charging of electric vehicles, medical devices, software, telecommunications, networking, wireless communication, and oil & gas.

While attending law school, Christopher served as a legal extern in SAS’s IP group and as an extern in North Carolina State University’s Office of Technology Transfer. He was also a member of the Start-Up Ventures Clinic where he advised start-up companies on how to acquire and monetize IP assets. Before practicing law, Christopher was a systems hardware engineer at IBM in Research Triangle Park, NC.

Christopher is a member of the North Carolina Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is an Eagle Scout and a leader in the Boy Scouts of America. Christopher also sits on the Emerging Leaders Board for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle.

Christopher received his Bachelor Degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering, magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University, and his Juris Doctor Degree from Duke University.
