Brian Assessor has been practicing law since 2012. Brian has over twelve years of private practice experience and over four years of experience as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Drawing on this dual perspective, he works closely with innovators ranging from individual inventors and startups to established companies and their in‑house counsel.

Brian’s practice centers on U.S. and international patent preparation and prosecution across computer, electrical, and mechanical technologies.
