Jerome DeLuca

Jerry DeLuca has been practicing law since 2004. His practice is focused on patent preparation and prosecution in mechanical, electrical, and computer technologies including automotive systems, power distribution, construction equipment, casino gaming operations and game features, and computer software. In addition to patents, his practice also includes registration and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights, and protection of trade secrets.

Jerry has over fifteen years of private practice and in-house experience in patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation, with previous patent experience in the fields of robotics, wearable technology, imaging, and fiber-optics, as well as managing patent prosecution, licensing, and pre-litigation activities for a large casino gaming, software, and e-commerce patent portfolio. Before practicing law, Jerry was a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
