Jerry DeLuca has been practicing law since 2004.  His practice is focused on patent preparation and prosecution in mechanical, electrical, and computer technologies including robotics, wearable technology, automotive systems, casino gaming, imaging, fiber-optics, and computer software.

Jerry has over ten years of private practice and in-house experience in patent prosecution and litigation, including serving as Senior Counsel for Intellectual Property at Walker Digital Management, LLC, where he was responsible for patent prosecution, licensing, and pre-litigation activities for a large casino gaming, software, and e-commerce patent portfolio.  Before practicing law, Jerry was a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
